RDP is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced solicitors to its Dispute Resolution team; Patrick Duggan and Tom Jones. Their arrival further strengthens the team’s ability to provide specialist legal advice across a broad range of complex disputes.

Patrick Duggan joins the firm as a Senior Associate Solicitor Advocate with a particular focus on commercial advice to SME’s and mid-range construction disputes. With significant experience advising on high-value disputes and risk management across both public and private sectors, Patrick offers expertise in managing cost-effective routes through conflict resolution.

Tom Jones joins the firm as an Associate and brings specialist knowledge in environmental and planning law. He is well versed in planning disputes, environmental compliance and has supported a diverse range of clients including developers, local authorities and private individuals.
