Q3. How would you describe your role at RDP in two sentences?

I work with the team of fee earners in the Real Estate Department. I assist with a range of property transactions, from residential sales to purchases of land for property developments and commercial leases.

Q4. If you were to write an autobiography, what would it be called?

“Twin Number 1”

Q5. If you could learn to do anything what would it be?


Q6. Who is your idol and why?

Emmeline Pankhurst – Emmeline, and all those who campaigned for Woman Suffrage, showed incredible courage and determination in the face of a world that seemed unlikely to change. These women shaped the way we live our lives today and are an inspiration to many, in the face of injustice.

Q7. What moment in your career are you most proud of?

The day I got my first post-graduate paralegal job.

Q8. What’s your favourite film?

Harry Potter – all of them!

Q9. What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I have been a Girl Guiding Leader for 10 years.

Q10. What is your favourite food?

My Nan’s Special Christmas Stuffing.

Q11 What’s the best thing about your job?

Supporting clients through, what can be, a complicated process, so they get the best outcome.

Everything and anything Disney!

Being successful is being happy in yourself and in what you have accomplished.

Q14 What are three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?

Perseverance – never give up on your aims and goals.

Don’t be afraid to question something you don’t think is right.

Take any opportunities you have to develop any skills you can.

Q16 What do you like to do in your spare time?

I spend a lot of time supporting a Girl Guiding group in Bristol, from weekly evening meetings to themed sleepover and day trips. I also enjoy spending time outside, walking and finding things to do.

Q17 What is your greatest fear?

Ice skating – I’m just so bad at it!

Q18 Where is the best place you visited?

Disney World Florida.

Q19 What advice would you give your eighteen-year-old self?

Find an area of law you are passionate about and pursue it, even if it is completely different to what you think you should do.

Q20 What should we expect next from the Real Estate team?

Over the last year, we have been developing highly specialised skills in a wide range of commercial property transactions and have seen an increase in the number of complex transactions that the team deals with. As our client base continues to expand, from local farmers to national organisations, so does the team and its specialisms. Whatever 2020 might bring, I feel that we are equipped to work with all our clients to ensure that their Real Estate requirements are met to the highest level of professionalism and quality.
